Squirrel and Acorn Press is possibly the newest and tiniest publishing company in the UK. Currently consisting of two humans, their talented friends and an octopus who recently went to the dark side.

 

We created Squirrel and Acorn to allow us the freedom to publish exactly the types of books we like to read.

We publish fictional works which combine humour, adventure and insight. While staying rooted in normality, our works look at the world from unusual angles, teasing out fresh insights.
